The Tentative Analysis of “YOU”-comparative Sentence from the Perspective of Cardiff Grammar

文章从加的夫语法视角对汉语界讨论已久的"有"字比较句进行了探讨。研究表明,"有"字比较句在语义层次上不仅表达事项—关系过程中的比较过程意义,还表达参与者意义和环境意义;"有"字在句法中系介词,而非动词。

This paper discusses YOU-comparative sentences within the framework of the Cardiff Grammar. The research results indicate that YOU-comparative sentences express not only the process of comparison under the label of event-relating process, hut also the meaning of participant role and circumstantial role at the semantic level. At the syntactic level, YOU under discussion is a preposition, but not a verb.
