摘要
从竹灵消根中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇、白薇甙A、胡萝卜甙、罗布麻宁、2,4-二羟基苯乙酮和对羟基苯乙酮。其后两者为首次从鹅绒藤属植物中分得。初步药理实验表明,白薇甙A对小鼠移植性宫颈癌(U_(14))和肝癌(HepA)具有抑制作用。
Nine compounds were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum inamoenum (Maxim.) Lots. Six of them were identified as β-sitosterol (1), cynatratoside A (2), alexandrin (3), apocynin (4), 2, 4-dihydroxyacetophenone (5), and p-hydroxyacetophenone (6) on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. 5 and 6 were first reported in Cynanehum plants. The preliminary pharmacological studies showed that 2 had inhibitory effects on transplanted U_(14) and HepA tumors in mice. At the dose of 20 mg/ kg, the inhibitory rates were 53.0% and 58.8% by oral route, while by ip route, the inhibitory rates were 65.2% and 55.9% respectively.
