夜间成像红外LED的驱动电路设计

摘要 该文利用集成ICRS6513器件设计了锂电供电的、光电管控制夜间自动开启的红外LED驱动电路,叙述IC芯片原理,电路组成及特点与电路参数的确定。 In this paper, the lithium-powered infrared LED drivern circuit whose automatic opening model in the night is controlled by photoelectric is designed by use of the integrated IC RS6513 device. The theory of the IC chip, the composition and characteristics of the circuit and the way to determine the circuit parameters are given too.
