摘要
研制的强度补偿型光纤位移传感系统采用相关检测技术及设置参考通道 ,可自动地补偿光源功率波动、环境干扰光等不稳定因素对测量结果的影响。理论分析和实验结果表明 ,强度型光纤位移传感系统采用补偿技术之后 ,其测量精度和稳定性有了明显提高。
Adopting interrelated check technology and reference channel,optic fiber displacement sensor with intensity compensation can effectively compensate the influence of unstable factors such as light power fluctuation and environment interfere light on measuring result.Theoretic analysis and experimental result indicate that,the optic fiber displacement sensing system which adopts the compensatory technology obviously increases its measuring accuracy and stability.
