基于现场总线的沥青拌合设备控制系统

Asphalt mixing plant control system based on fieldbus

为了满足沥青拌合设备对工艺流程和控制的要求,构建了以Profinet和Profibus DP为骨架的网络化控制系统,详细描述了控制网络的组成结构和软件编程。控制网络分为现场控制级和监控级:现场控制级采用Profibus DP总线,实现现场级的高速数据传输;Profinet连接监控设备和PLC,采用TCP/IP协议。实际运行情况表明,系统控制精确、运行稳定,完全满足控制要求。

To meet the requirements on technological process and control for the asphalt mixing plant, the control system is constructed on the Profinet and Profibus DP, described the hardware and software design of this system. The control network is divided into two levels: field control level and process supervisory level. PLC is connected to monitoring computers by Profinet with TCP/IP. Profibus DP is applied to accomplish high speed data transport on field control level. The result of practical operation shows that the system is precise, operating stably, fully meets control requirements.
