摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料 ,在碱催化条件下 ,以硫酸钠作为膨胀抑制剂 ,在水悬浮液中和环氧丙烷进行反应。应用正交试验和统计分析 ,确定了一组制备羟丙基马铃薯淀粉的优化实验条件。实验结果表明 ,在最优工艺组合条件下 ,产品的醚化度为 0 .1 45 6,落在本研究预测的变动范围内。
Hydroxypropyl starch was prepared from potato starch and propylene oxide in aqueous slurries with NaOH as catalyst and Na 2SO 4 as swelling inhibity.On the basis of orthogonal test and statistical analysis,an optimum experiment conditions were determined.
