思想政治理论课教学改革问题研究——以提高大学生就业竞争力为视野

高校思想政治理论课培养学生的政治素质、道德素质、人文素质与心理素质,对于提升学生就业竞争力无疑具有决定性作用。必须正视当下的思想政治理论课教学存在的远社会、远学生、远能力、远实践的不足。只有在提升就业竞争力的视野下,以大气魄进行思想政治理论课教学的顶层设计,实现教学以学生为主体,考察学生以能力为目标,考核教师以教学效果为根本,方为思想政治理论课改革的主要方向。

Ideological and Political Courses in Universities cultivate students＇ high qualities of politics, ethics, humanities and psychologies. It undoubtedly plays a decisive role on improving the students＇ employment competitiveness. We should face up to the shortcomings--the courses are far away from the society, students, students＇ capacities and practice--of Ideological and Political Courses at present. Only under the view of improving the college graduates＇ employment competitiveness, with great courage in present Ideological and Political Courses＇ top-level teaching design, the students becoming the real subjects and the goal to exam the students＇ capacities, the aim to improve teachers＇ teaching effects, it will be the main direction of the reformation in Ideological and Political Courses.
