民办高校就业指导工作浅析

近年来民办高校现已成为我国教育的一个重要组成部分,就业工作是关系到民办高校生死存亡的大问题。当前我国民办高校存在一些问题,如社会认可度不高,就业观念落后,就业层次较低,就业心态不正常等等,需要民办高校采取有效措施加以解决,如加强领导重视,完善机制,激发学生热情,培养面试技巧等等。本文通过对当前民办高校毕业生就业形势的分析,以及对民办高校就业指导工作现状的总结,提出加强民办高校就业指导工作的相关对策,促进民办高校应用型人才培养。

There are many problems such as Low social acceptance, outdated concept of employment, Low-level employment and so on. Therefore, it is need t to take effective measures to solve these problems, such as strengthening the leadership, improve the mechanisms and stimulate students＇ enthusiasm. This paper analyzes the current employment situation Of graduates of private universities and proposed to strengthen employment guidance related countermeasures in the private colleges, the promotion of the private universities of applied personnel training.
