目的探讨热毒宁注射液所致药品不良反应(ADR)特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过文献检索对热毒宁注射液不良反应进行总结、分析。结果热毒宁注射液可致皮肤及呼吸、泌尿等系统不良反应,尤以变态反应为主。结论临床应合理使用热毒宁注射液,完善不良反应处理措施,提高其用药安全性。

Objective To study on the adverse reaction of Reduning injection in order to promote the rational use of drug in clinic. Methods the adverse reaction of Reduning injection were analyzed through literature search.Results The Skin and respiratory system, uropoiesis system adverse reaction can be induced by Reduning injection, and the mainly adverse reaction was manifested as allergic reaction.Conclusion The reasonable use of Reduning injection should be made in clinical treatment, Perfect adverse reaction processing measures in order to improve its medication safety.
