复方南星止痛膏治疗下腰痛的疗效观察

Review of therapeutic effects on“Compound Nanxing Pain Paste”in treating low back pain

目的评价复方南星止痛膏治疗下腰痛的临床疗效及副反应。方法采用随机、对照、单盲临床试验方法,将200例下腰痛患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用复方南星止痛膏,贴24小时,隔日1次,共贴3次;对照组采用奇正消痛贴外敷治疗,贴24小时,1日1次,共贴5次。两组均在第一次用药后7天再次复诊,观察两组下腰痛VAS评分、腰椎活动度、疗效和药物不良反应。结果治疗组治疗前后VAS评分有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗前治疗组和对照组VAS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组和对照组VAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后腰椎活动度有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗前治疗组和对照组腰椎活动度无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组和对照组腰椎活动度有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均未见明显副反应。结论复方南星止痛膏治疗下腰痛有明显疗效,无明显副反应。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of ＂Compound Nanxing Pain Paste＂ in the treatment of low back pain.Methods Clinical trials be performed with randomized, parallel controlled test methods, 200 subjects weredivided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group and control group were treated respectively by ＂Compound Nanxing Pain Paste＂ and ＂Qizheng Pain Paste＂ （24 hours per time, EOD, three times） . The VAS score, activity of lumber spine, efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the VAS scores in the treatment group were more significant reduction than in the control group （P〈0.01） , there was no difference in the YAS scores between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05） , the VAS scores were reduced in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05） ; the activity of lumber spine in the treatment group were more significant increase than in the control group （P〈0.01） , there was no difference in the activity of lumber spine between the two groups before and after treatment （P〉0.05） .No remarkable adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Compound Nanxing Pain Paste is effective in the treatment of low back pain with no remarkable adverse reactions.
