摘要
对车用柴油机P型双偏心式提前器的动态性能进行了深入细致的分析研究 ,阐述了该型提前器的工作原理 ,建立了双偏心机构的运动模型 ,确定了飞块离心力、弹簧力和阻力矩之间的关系 用编制的专用软件分析了各结构参数和运行参数对P型双偏心式提前器性能的影响 ,找出最佳的匹配参数 。
In this paper, the dynamic performance of P type double eccentric pieces advancer in vehicle diesel engines is analysed in great detail. The working principle is elaborated about the advancer. The motion model of the double eccentric pieces mechanism is set up. The relation among centrifugal force,spring force and resistance regulations is determined. A special software is adopted to analyse the effect of the construction parameters and the motion parameters on the performance of the advancer so as to obtain the optimum mate parameters to provide the method for the optimum design of the advancer in vehicle diesel engines.
