摘要
乳浊液 (通常称之为乳化液 )中含有大量的油类和表面活性剂 ,并以微细的颗粒液珠高度分散在水中 ,具有相当的稳定性 因此 ,破乳是处理乳化液废水的关键之所在 本文以阴离子表面活性剂作乳化剂的O/W型乳化液为研究对象 ,采用电解质破乳法 ,通过试验 ,分析以盐类电解质作破乳剂 ,其离子价数、正离子半径大小等因素对破乳的影响 从而探索电解质破乳的机理与规律 ,以利于更经济有效地治理乳化液废水 。
There are plenty of oils and surfactants in emulsion. They highly disperse in water as tiny liquid drops. Emulsion is considerably stable. So emulsion breaking is the key to the treatment of emulsion wastewater. The O/W type emulsion with anion surfactants as its emulgent is the object of study in this paper.Through experiments,the electrolyte emulsion breaking agents are analysed and the effects of such factors as ionic charge and positively charged ion radius upon demulsification are also discussed,thus making it possible to further explore the mechanism and regularity of emulsion breaking so as to help treat waste emulsion more economically and effectively, and to cut down pollution.
