摘要
统计质量控制是质量控制的基本方法之一 ,质量控制图作为统计质量控制中的一个重要工具在制造企业中得到了广泛的应用 在计算机辅助质量系统中 ,采用人工智能技术实现控制图的智能分析、诊断与控制有着非常重要的意义 文章论述了专家系统在统计质量控制中的应用 ,对基于专家知识的质量控制图选择、模式识别和分析
Statistical Quality Control(SQC)is one of the basic quality control methods.As an important tool in SQC,the quality control chart has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises.In computer aided quality systems,it is very important to achieve control chart intelligent analysis,diagnosis and control by using artificial intelligence.The paper introduces the application of the expert system(ES)in statistical quality control.The realization technology of the knowledge based expert systems for quality control chart selection,pattern recognition and analysis/diagnosis is discussed in detail.
