摘要
根据在广州3所高级中学(含职高)的问卷调查,结合访谈、座谈材料做出结论:第一,多数广州高中生对生活具有一定满意度,喜欢家庭生活、学校生活和朋友交往,少数学生自我自觉不幸福,与教师和同伴的关系冷淡,与家长不和睦,学习等方面压力甚大;第二,大多数广州高中生心理健康状况是正常的,认知清晰、情绪饱满,活跃在课堂、校园和家庭,只有少数高中生确实存在心理健康问题,其中学习压力较为严重;第三,导致青少年出现心理健康问题的现实诱因,包括亲友变故的压力、学习挫折等生活事件所带来的影响,其中最主要的是学习挫折的消极影响。为了保障广州高中生的心理健康,研究建议,第一,积极引导高中生树立正确的人生观;第二,谨慎看待高中生出现的心理健康问题。第三,努力消除造成高中生心理健康问题的压力源。
According to the survey in Guangzhou, three senior high schools (including vocational high school), combined with interviews, discussion material and finally get conclusions: First, the majority of the Guangzhou high school student living with a certain satisfaction, like family life, school life, friends and contacts, a few students do not consciously happy who share chilly relations with teachers , other students and their parents, learning under great pressure. Secondly, the majority of Guangzhou students' mental health status are normal, have clear cognitive, and full emotion, active in the classroom campus and family, only a small number of high school students suffer from mental health problems, including serious academic pressure. Thirdly, realistic incentives leading to youth mental health problems, including the pressure of high school friends and family misfortune, learning setbacks event and other life events , foremost of which is to study the negative impact of the setbacks. In order to safeguard the mental health of high school students in Guangzhou, we recommend that, firstly, actively guide high school students to establish a correct outlook on life; secondly, carefully look at the high school mental health problems, thirdly, make efforts to eliminate the source of stress for students' mental health problems.
