摘要
文章从有效增强初中生的身体素质,增进初中生身体健康,增强初中生自我保护能力的角度出发,采用提高学生柔韧性、灵敏性、协调性、力量、耐力、反应等基本活动能力以及一系列多种的自我保护能力动作技能练习的方法和手段进行实验研究,希望为有效地增强初中生的自我保护能力,降低初中生意外伤害事故的发生率,丰富和充实体育与健身教材中初中生自我保护能力的教学内容提供参考借鉴。
In this paper, effectively enhance the physical fitness of middle school students, junior high school students to promote health, enhance the ability of junior high school students self - protection point of view, using to improve student flexibility, agility, coordination, strength, endurance, reaction capability and a range of basic activities a variety of motor skills of self - protection methods and means to practice the experimental study. And we hope that Junior high school students want to effectively enhance the ability to protect themselves and reduce the incidence of junior high rate of accidental injuries, and enrich teaching in junior high school sports and fitness self - protection capability for reference to the teaching content.
