摘要
可降解聚合物具有可降解、能被人体吸收、生物相容性好等优点 ,在骨折内固定和骨缺损修复方面有广阔的应用前景。近年的研究表明 :其作为骨折内固定物 ,已得到成功的应用 ;作为骨组织填充物 ,需与 BMP复合 ,以提高其骨诱导活性 ;作为组织工程用的支架材料 ,需进一步提高其机械强度。总之 ,作为可降解聚合物 ,在生物相容性、降解时间的可控性、机械性能和制作工艺等方面有待进一步完善。
The degradable polymer has the advantage of degradation,resorbability and biocompatibility,the prospect of it using as bone fracture fixation material and bone defect repair material is good.The recent researchs have showed:As bone fracture fixation devices,it has applied successfully;as the bone tissue defect filler,it needs to blend with BMP to improve the bone inductivity;as the scaffold of tissue engineering,it need to improve the mechinical properties.In brief,the biocompatibility,controllment of degradation,mechinical properties and manufacture methods of degradable polymer must be improve further.
