摘要 人工材料的生物相容性即机体对人工材料的耐受程度。大量研究显示肝素涂抹人工材料是通过降低炎性反应和血小板损失来改善其生物相容性的。本文介绍了肝素涂抹人工材料在心血管领域的应用和进展。 The degree to which an artificial material is tolerated by the body is known as biocompatibility.A lot of study have demonstrated that heparin cated artificial material can improve biocompatibility by reducing the inflammatory response and platelet loss.The review introduces application and advance of heparin coated artificial material in cardiovascular field.
