一氧化氮在下尿路的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 下尿路中NO的合成主要由神经元型NOS(nNOS)调节 ,其分布以膀胱颈和尿道为主。尿道平滑肌细胞和膀胱间质细胞可能是NO主要的靶细胞。除参与尿道、膀胱颈平滑肌的松弛调节外 ,NO还参与脊髓感觉、运动信号的传递 ,或通过调节cGMP间接发挥作用。NO也能作为损伤因子、兴奋性或抑制性递质参与人和动物下尿路的多种病理变化。
