随着世界人口逐年老化,老年性痴呆已成为全球性的社会—医学问题。神经科学及相关学科领域内的工作者正积极地投入到对Alzheimer病(AD)各方面的深入研究,在预防和治疗方面的探索已取得一些阶段性的成果。然而,由于相关基础研究尚无关键性突破,临床治疗始终缺乏有效手段。对前期研究工作进行总结和反省,从哲学的高度来更新指导思想和方法论,对于攻克AD这个世纪性课题大有裨益。

With the population of the world aging year by year,Alzheimer's disease (AD) has been an international society-medicine problem.The researchists in neurosciences and its correlated fields are throwing themselves into studing all aspects of AD and acquire a few of staged achievements in prevention and therapy.However,because of no critical breakthrough on fundamental research associated with AD,few effective treatments have been achieved in clinical field.It is essential for us to summarize and introspect former researches.Furthermore,renewing guidelines and methodology according to philosophism is important to working out the treatment of AD.
