暴发型溃疡性结肠炎并肝脏严重并发病——附三例尸检病例报告

Fulminant Ulcerative Colitis Complicated with Severe Liver Disease: Report of Three Autopsy Cases

本文报告三例暴发型溃疡性结肠炎合并严重的肝脏并发病。三例病人尸检均呈典型的非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的深度溃疡病变,两例发生结肠扩张,一例结肠穿孔。三例的肝脏损害表现各异:一例为急性黄色肝萎缩,一例为慢活肝,一例为小胆管周围炎。

Three cases of fulminant ulcerative colitis, including one case of cntero- colitis, complicated with severe liver disease are reported. All showed high fever, tachycardia, hypotension, toxemia, prostration and rectal hemorrhage. At autopsy, a typical pathological picture of nonspecific ulcerative colitis with deep ulceration was noted in all three cases. Dilatation of the colon occu- red in two, and perforation in one. The liver disease was severe, and varied individually. In one of the ca- ses, the liver showed acute yellow atrophy. In another case, active chronic hepatitis was encountered. In the third case, a pathological feature with a cha- racteristic s of pericholangitis was confirmed.
