摘要
目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)发生胆道损伤的原因,探讨胆道损伤的修复方法。方法对15例LC胆道损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 15例患者中胆总管横断伤8例,右肝管电灼伤1例,穿孔性胆管损伤3例,钛夹部分夹闭3例。经相应治疗痊愈出院。结论 LC术中仔细操作,仔细辨别胆囊管周围的解剖关系,选择合理的手术方式,降低LC胆道损伤的发生率。
Objective To analyse the reason of bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）,to investigate the repair mothed of bile duct injury.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 cases patients with LC bile duct injury.Results In 15 cases patients,common bile duct transection in eight cases,the right hepatic duct and electrical burns in one cases,perforation of the bile duct injury in three cases,titanium clip some clipping in three cases.All were discharged by the appropriate treatment.Conclusion LC technique and careful operation,be careful to distinguish the anatomical relationship between cystic duct around,choose a reasonable surgical approach to reduce the incidence of LC bile duct injury.
