泌尿外科后腹腔镜术后患者非切口疼痛处理探析

Analysis of non-incision pain patient with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urinary surgery

目的探讨泌尿外科后腹腔镜术后患者非切口疼痛的处理方法。方法将行泌尿外科后腹腔镜术患者40例随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。对照组术后非切口疼痛采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予心理护理及其他护理。观察2组治愈率、疼痛持续时间、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果试验组治愈率高于对照组,疼痛持续时间短于对照组,疼痛程度明显优于对照组,伤口感染发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科后腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛的处理采用常规护理配合心理辅导及康复体操可有效缩短疼痛恢复时间,减轻和消除手术后的非切口疼痛。

Objective To investigate the treatment method of non-incision pain patient with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urinary surgery.Methods 40 cases patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 20 cases.Non-incision pain of control group received routine care;On the basis of control group,experimental group were given psychological care and other care.Observed cure rate,duration of pain,pain intensity and incidence of complication of two groups.Results In experimental group,the cure rate was higher than that of control group,duration of pain was shorter than that of control group,the degree of pain was better than that of control group,wound infection rate was lower than that of control group,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of non-incision pain patient with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urinary surgery receive conventional care combine with psychological counseling and rehabilitation exercise can effectively reduce the pain recovery time,reduce and eliminate the non-incision pain after surgery.
