生长抑素受体显像在甲状腺髓样癌诊断中的应用

Clinical application of somatostatin receptor scintigraphy in medullary thyroid carcinoma

目的 探讨生长抑素受体显像 (SRS)在甲状腺髓样癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 对 10例甲状腺髓样癌术后随访患者行SRS和血清降钙素 (CT)测定。静脉注射111In octreotide 111～ 185MBq后 ,分别于 4、2 4h行全身和局部显像 ,部分患者行 4 8h显像。结果 10例患者中 9例CT升高 ,其中7例SRS阳性 ,局部可见异常放射性浓聚 ,1例SRS阳性病灶由再次手术证实。灵敏度为 77 8%。结论 SRS对甲状腺髓样癌病灶的定位有一定的价值。
