氟铝联合对体外人胚大脑神经细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨氟铝联合对大脑神经细胞的毒作用,本研究采用无血清体外细胞培养方法,观察氟铝对人胚大脑神经细胞生长发育及形态学的影响。结果显示高剂量铝可以抑制大脑神经细胞的生长发育,引起大脑神经细胞超微结构的损害,表现为各种膜结构的损害及神经微丝微管排列紊乱。在研究剂量范围,加入不同剂量的氟并未对铝的损伤作用产生明显的影响,说明研究剂量的铝氟不存在拮抗或协同作用。 To explore the toxic effect of aluminum(Al) and fluorine(F) on Human embryonic cerebral neurocytes in vitro, the Human embryonic cerebral neurocytes were divided into six groups (control, low and high Al groups,low Al and F, high Al and low F,high Al and F groups) The growth,development and morphology of neurocytes were observed by the light and electron microscope The results showed that the growth, development of Human embryonic cerebral neurocytes was inhibited in high Al group The electron microscopy showed that the membrane structure of cell was damaged in high Al group and the arrangement of micro- tubules in the processes was disordered Fluorine was no effect on aluminum neurotoxicity in this dose range The mechanism of Al neurotoxixity could be produced by the lipid peroxidation and result in the damage of the membrane structure of cell
