摘要
随着经济的发展我国大部分企业都呈现出快速增长的势头,但是我国的企业对自身的发展普遍存在着这样的误区,即增长率的最大化就是企业价值最大化。其实不然,增长率最大化并不能带来企业价值的最大化,相反一味的追求发展的速度反而会忽略与发展相配套的资源和其他能力的提升,使企业陷入困境。本文以美国财务学家罗伯特.希金斯教授的可持续增长理论与模型为基础,根据个案研究法及案例分析法提出有效的财务管理策略、优化措施,有助于增长企业的可持续发展。只有将财务管理的力度、发展的速度和企业资源的可承受程度三者完美结合才能使企业立于不败之地。
With the development of economy most of the enterprises in China are presenting rapid growth momentum.,but enterprises all have such widespread misunderstanding of their development that the maximum growth rate is the maximization of enterprise value.In fact,the maximum growth rate can not bring the maximization of enterprise value,blind pursuit of speed of development will ignore the development of supporting resources and other capabilities,causes the enterprise to mess up.This paper use the theories and models of sustainable growth based from U.S.financial experts,Professor Robert Higgins as the basis,according to case study method and case analysis to put forward an effective financial management strategies and optimization measures to help increase the sustainable development of the enterprises.Only the perfect combination of financial management,the speed of development and enterprise resource can make enterprise in an impregnable position.
