颞骨骨折52例的高分辨率CT诊断 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨高分辨率 CT(HRCT)在颞骨骨折诊断中的应用价值 .方法 收集颞骨骨折 5 2 (男 45 ,女 7)例 5 6耳 ,主要临床症状有耳道流血、面瘫、听力障碍、旋晕 ,所有患者行1 .0 ,1 .5或 2 .0 mm层厚 HRCT扫描 ,对疑有听骨链损伤者在听小骨区行重叠扫描 .结果 纵行骨折 30耳 ,横行骨折 1 4耳 ,混合性骨折 7耳 ,面神经管损伤 31耳 ,耳蜗、半规管损伤 5耳 .结论  HRCT是诊断颞骨骨折有效的方法 ,对疑有颞骨骨折的病例 AIM To evaluate HRCT in the diagnosis of temporal bone fracture. METHODS 52 cases (56 ears) with different degrees of injuries of temporal bone were involved in the study. The chief complaints included otorrhagia, facial paralysis, hearing loss and vertigo. All patients were examined by HRCT with 1, 1.5 or 2.0 mm thick slices. Axial scans were overlapped when ossicular chain disruption was suspected. RESULTS 30 longitudinal fractures, 14 transverse fractures, 7 complex fractures, 31 facial nerve canal injury and 5 cochlear and semicircular canal injury. CONCLUSION HRCT is a reliable tool in the diagnosis of temporal bone fracture for the accuracy from the clear and detailed images.
