摘要 目的 建立测定姜黄素的新方法 ,并应用于生药姜黄中姜黄素的含量测定和研究姜黄素与 H2 O2 及 OH·的相互作用关系 .方法 采用电化学分析方法 .结果 在 0 .1 mol·L- 1 NH3- NH4Cl (p H=1 0 .1 )和 3.0× 1 0 - 2 mol· L- 1 H2 O2 条件下 ,姜黄素一阶导数峰高与其浓度在 2 .0× 1 0 - 7~ 8.0×1 0 - 6 m ol· L- 1范围内成线性 .本实验通过 H2 O2 存在下 ,姜黄素产生的极谱催化波 ,直接观测到姜黄素对 H2 O2 及 OH·的抑制作用 .结论 与已有文献相比 ,该方法的灵敏度提高了1 0倍 .通过研究姜黄素与 H2 O2 及 OH· 的相互作用关系 。 AIM To develop a new method to determine curcumin, apply it to the determination of curcumin in Curcuma longa L. and study the interaction between curcumin, H 2O 2 and OH · METHODS This experiment was conducted by electrochemistry methods. RESULTS In 0.1 mol·L -1 NH 3 NH 4Cl ( pH=10.1)~3.0×10 -2 mol·L -1 H 2O 2 supporting electrolyte solution, the peak height of the first derivative wave of curcumin was proportional to its concentration in the range of 2.0×10 -7 ~8.0×10 -6 mol·L -1 . Under the optimized condition, curcumin had the scavenging effect on H 2O 2 and OH · CONCLUSION The sensitivity of this method is 10 fold higher than that reported previously. The electrochemistry method is considered to be a good tool in the study of free radical.
