摘要
目的了解某日资企业员工的总体心理健康状况和比较不同个体特征员工的心理健康状况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法在广州市经济技术开发区某日资企业随机抽取450名员工,采用国内外通用的症状自评量表SCL-90对员工进行心理健康状况调查,采用卡方、t检验、方差分析等统计方法比较不同特征的员工心理问题阳性率和SCL-90各因子分。结果该日资企业员工心理问题阳性率为38.1%,女性心理问题阳性率比男性高(P<0.05),表现为强迫、抑郁、恐怖因子分高。各年龄组员工心理健康状况有差别(P<0.05),表现为恐怖因子分高。文化程度与心理健康有关(P<0.05),主要表现为强迫、人际关系敏感、偏执因子得分高;未婚比已婚心理问题阳性率高(P<0.05),主要表现为恐怖因子得分高。不同个人月收入企业员工心理问题阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主要表现为躯体症状、抑郁、恐怖因子得分高。而工种、在广州居住的时间与员工的心理健康状况无关。结论该日资企业员工心理问题较普遍,需要高度重视员工的心理健康,特别是女性、学历低、年龄较小、未婚、个人月收入低的员工。
[Objective] To investigate the total psychological prevalence of employees in Japanese-funded enterprise,and compare the psychological status of workers with different personality variables.[Methods] Stratified cluster sampling was carried out to investigate 450 employees in Japanese-funded enterprise in Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.Psychological status of employees were measured by using the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) and the positive rate of psychological problems and SCL-90 factor scores of workers with different personality variables were compared by using chi-square t test,variance analysis other statistical methods.[Results] The positive rate of psychological problems was 38.1% in this enterprise,female was higher than male(P0.05),manifested in the compulsion,depression,phobic factors.The workers in deferent age groups had different mental health(P0.05),reflected in the horror factor.Psychological problems of employees with different education backgroud was statistically significant(P0.05),manifested in the compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid ideation factors;Compared with the married,the single had more psychological problems(P0.05),mainly for the terror factor.The positive rate of psychological problem was significantly different between employees with different monthly income(P0.05),manifested in physical symptoms,depression,terror factors.And the type of work,residence length in Guangzhou was not related with the mental health.[Conclusion] Psychological problems exist commonly among employees of this enterprise which should attach great importance,especially the female,less educated,younger,married,low-income employees.
