摘要
目的了解昆山市餐饮具集中消毒单位的卫生状况,为规范集中消毒单位的生产经营活动,强化卫生监督管理,提出相应的建议和对策。方法根据《餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督规范》(试行)中管理要求对昆山市餐饮具集中消毒单位进行现况调查。结果布局卫生要求合格率83.3%,消毒设备索证率为66.7%,人员健康证持证率为33.3%,建立出厂检测率为16.7%。结论该市消毒单位卫生状况一般,需建立餐具消毒许可规范制度,规范企业行为,加强人员卫生知识培训,建立部门联动,加强卫生监管及监测。
[ Objective] To understand the sanitary condition of tableware centralized disinfection enterprises in Kunshan City, regu- late the production and management of tableware centralized disinfection enterprises, strengthen health supervision, and put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures. [ Methods] According to the management requirements of the Regulations on sanitary supervision of tableware centralized disinfection enterprises, the cross-sectional study was conducted in tableware centralized disin- fection enterprises in Kunshan City. [ Results] The pass rate of sanitary layout requirements was 83.3% , the rate of asking for cer- tificates of disinfection equipment was 66.7% , the rate of holding health certificate among employees was 33.3%, and the rate of establishing pre-delivery inspection was 16.7%. [ Conclusion]The sanitary condition of tableware centralized disinfection enterprises in Kunshan City is common. It is necessary to set up a iicense system for tableware disinfection, strengthen the health knowl- edge training, establish the interaction of different departments, and improve the health supervision and monitoring.
