2006—2010年武安市肺结核病疫情分析

Analysis on epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wu'an City from 2006-2010

目的对武安市2006—2010年肺结核病疫情进行统计分析,为结核病工作的开展和制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法收集2006—2010年的武安市疾病预防控制中心结核病防治科的门诊登记本、肺结核患者登记本、季报表和年报表相关数据并进行流行病学分析。结果武安市肺结核发病率由2006年的87.45/10万下降到2010的66.01/10万,登记发现率从2006年的63.19/10万上升到2009的67.56/10万,以15～24岁年龄组为主(42.4%),报告率存在地区差异,发病率男性明显大于女性。结论武安市的结核病疫情稳中有降,要进一步加强重点人群的结核病防治知识的知晓率,特别是学生、山区农民、流动民工等。要强化患者发现、转诊的管理,进一步提高患者的诊疗水平,有效控制结核病疫情。

[Objective] To analyze the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wu＇an City from 2006-2010,provide scientific basis for development of pulmonary tuberculosis control and making the prevention countermeasures.[Methods] The data of clinic records,tuberculosis patient records,quarterly reports and annual reports from the Tuberculosis Control Department of Wu＇an Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 2006-2010 were collected and analyzed by epidemiological method.[Results] The incidence of tuberculosis decreased from 87.45/lakh in 2006 to 66.01/lakh in 2010,and the registration rate increased from 63.19/lakh in 2006 to 67.56/lakh in 2009.42.4% of patients were people aged 15-24 years old.There was regional difference in report rate.The incidence in males was significantly higher than that in females.[Conclusion] The incidence of tuberculosis is stable with a slight decline in Wu＇an City.The awareness rate of knowledge about tuberculosis control in key population should be improved,especially students,farmers and migrant workers.The management of finding patients and referral need to be strengthened,and the level of diagnosis and treatment should be further improved,so as to effectively control the epidemic situation of tuberculosis.
