2011年北京市怀柔区托幼机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Monitoring results analysis on disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Huairou district of Beijing in 2011

目的对托幼机构的消毒质量进行监测,并对监测结果进行系统的分析,指出提高消毒质量的具体措施。方法 2011年3—5月抽取北京市怀柔区不同级别的托幼机构18家为监测对象,按照国家卫生部2002年出台的《消毒技术规范》中的要求选择检测项目;以《医院消毒卫生标准》GB 15982-1995作为检测标准,对监测结果进行分析,提出整改意见。2011年9—11月按上述标准对托幼机构进行复检,并将2次监测的结果进行比较,并进行统计学分析。结果首次消毒质量监测9家公立托幼机构的合格率为88.5%;9家私立的托幼机构合格率为79.8%;总合格率为84.2%,经整改后复检,公立托幼机构的合格率为97.3%;私立的托幼机构合格率为95.9%,总合格率为96.6%;对2次检查的总合格率进行χ2检验,结果(χ2=221.441,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义。结论公立托幼机构的消毒质量较私立托幼机构有明显优势;提高托幼机构消毒管理水平和普及消毒技术知识等措施,缩小了公立与私立托幼机构之间的差距,能够大幅度提高全区各级托幼机构的消毒质量。

[Objective] To monitor the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens,systematically analyze the monitoring results,and put forward the concrete measures to improve the disinfection quality.[Methods] 18 nurseries and kindergartens at different levels were collected from Huairou district of Beijing from March to May 2011,and the test items were selected according to the Technical standard for disinfection（2002 edition,Ministry of Health）.The monitoring results were analyzed according to the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals（GB 15982-1995）,as so to put forward the improving suggestions.The nurseries and kindergartens were rechecked according to the above standards from November to December 2011.The results of two monitoring studies were compared,and were analyzed statistically.[Results] In the first disinfection quality monitoring,the qualified rate of 9 public kindergartens and 9 private kindergartens was respectively 88.5% and 79.8%,and the total qualified rate was 84.2%.After correction,the qualified rate of the public kindergartens and the private kindergartens was respectively 97.3% and 95.9%,and the total qualified rate was 96.6%.The χ2 test showed there was significant difference between two monitoring studies（χ2=221.441,P0.01）.[Conclusion] The disinfection quality of the public kindergartens is better than that of the private kindergartens.The improvement of disinfection management level and popularization of disinfection technology knowledge in nurseries and kindergartens can shorten the gap between the public kindergartens and the private kindergartens,and greatly improve the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens at different levels in Huairou district.
