2007—2010年深圳市福田区疫苗使用情况

Using condition of vaccines in Futian district of Shenzhen City from 2007-2010

目的分析深圳市福田区2007—2010年免疫规划疫苗及扩大免疫规划疫苗的使用情况。方法对福田区2007—2010年生物制品管理系统数据库相关资料进行分析。结果福田区2007—2010年第1类疫苗用量分别为435188、555 633、697 304、611 896剂次,同品种收费疫苗用量分别为92 120、75 194、49 904、47 302剂次。2007—2010年单人份包装疫苗损耗系数低于1.05,多人份包装疫苗损耗系数在1.1～4.0之间,各种免疫规划疫苗有效利用率年度之间差异有统计学意义。福田区2007—2010年第2类疫苗使用数量分别为376 119、327 950、361 552、254 652剂次,使用数量较多的是乙肝疫苗、人狂犬病疫苗、流感疫苗、HIB疫苗和甲肝疫苗等。结论 2类疫苗的使用量均逐年增加。

[Objective] To analyze the using condition of vaccines for immunization program and expanded program on immunization in Futian district of Shenzhen City from 2007-2010.[Methods] The data from the database of the Biological products management system in Futian District from 2007-2010 were analyzed.[Results] During 2007-2010,the amount of the first type vaccines were respectively 435 188,555 633,697 304 and 611 896 doses/times,and the amount of charges vaccines of the same species were respectively 92 120,75 194,49 904 and 47 302 doses/times.From 2007 to 2010,the loss coefficient of vaccines with package for one person was lower than 1.05,and the loss coefficient of vaccines with package for many persons ranged from 1.1 to 4.0.There was significant difference in effective availability of vaccines for immunization program among different years.During 2007-2010,the using amount of the second type vaccines were respectively 376 119,327 950,361 552 and 254 652 doses/times.The vaccines that had large amount included hepatitis B vaccine,rabies vaccines for human use,influenza vaccine,HIB vaccine and hepatitis A vaccine.[Conclusion] The amount of the second type vaccines increase year by year.
