多层螺旋CT对腮腺肿瘤的诊断价值

Diagnosis value of multislice spiral CT on parotid tumor

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对腮腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性研究62例腮腺肿瘤的MSCT表现,所有病变均经手术病理证实。结果良性肿瘤包括多形性腺瘤17例、腺淋巴瘤13例、淋巴管瘤9例、脂肪瘤4例,恶性肿瘤包括黏液表皮样癌15例、腺泡细胞癌2例、囊腺癌1例、淋巴瘤1例。MSCT平扫可清楚显示病灶及其大小、形态和范围,增强扫描能显示肿物与周围大血管的关系,以及对周围组织的推移及侵犯。结论 MSCT在腮腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中具有重要作用,结合增强扫描可提高诊断准确率。

[Objective] To study the diagnosis value of multislice spiral CT（MSCT） on parotid tumor.[Methods] MSCT manifestations of 62 cases of parotid tumor were analyzed retrospectively,and all lesions were confirmed by surgery pathology.[Results] Benign tumors included 17 cases of pleomorphic adenoma,13 cases of adenolymphoma,9 cases of lymphangioma and 4 cases of lipoma.Malignant tumors included 15 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma,2 cases of acinar cell carcinoma,1 case of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 1 case of lymphoma.MSCT plain scan can show clearly the lesion,and its size,shape and extent.The enhanced scan can display the relationship between tumor and the surrounding vessels,as well as the invasion of surrounding tissue.[Conclusion] MSCT plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of malignant and benign parotid tumors,and the enhanced scan can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
