护理干预及自制硝黄外敷袋治疗下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎的效果

Nursing intervention on concomitant varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis of the lower Hmbs treated by external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu

目的探讨护理干预硝黄药袋外敷对综合治疗下肢静脉曲张并血栓性浅静脉炎患者效果的影响。方法按入院顺序采取随机数字法将接受综合治疗的88例下肢静脉曲张并血栓性浅静脉炎患者，分为干预组和对照组各44例，干预组在硝黄药袋外敷时进行护理干预，对照组仅给予常规外敷。结果对照组患者有10例无效，两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义（x2=10．36，P〈0．01）结论硝黄药袋外敷时进行护理干预使临床治疗有效率提高，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention in patients concomitant varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis in the lower limbs who were treated by external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu. Methods Eighty-eight patients with varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis in the lower limbs who undergone external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu were divided into two groups （n = 44 in both intervention group and control group） by order of admission using random number method. Intervention group received nursing intervention. Control group received conventional application. Results Ten cases were invalid in treatment in control group while the effective rate in intervention group was 100%. There were statistically significantly between both groups in cure rate （ X2 = 10.36, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the effective rate in clinical therapy for patients with varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis in the lower limbs who undergone external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu, and it is worthy for clinical application.
