基于网络化制造的三江地区经济转型研究

Economy Transformation and Upgrading in Sanjiang Region Based on Networked Manufacturing

网络化制造具有明显的朝阳产业特性和高产出、低能耗的特点,可以优化生产力布局,调整优化产业结构,加速落后地区与发达地区接轨的步伐,促进封闭地区的开放,对于促进三江地区制造业发展和经济转型,具有重要的意义。结合网络化制造特点,文章通过三江地区经济转型的SWOT(优势、劣势、机遇、威胁)分析,系统提出了三江地区发展网络化制造业的对策,包括政策引导建设网络化制造公共服务平台、构建以企业为主体的网络化制造创新研发体系、发展与网络化制造相关的信息技术、构建校企网络化制造人才培养机制、加强与周边区域产业合作和优势互补,以促进三江地区经济转型。

Networked manufacturing has obvious sunrise industry characteristics of high - yield, low - power features, can optimize the distribution of productive forces, adjust and optimize industrial structure, accelerate the pace of regional integration between the developed areas withd the developing areas, promote Sanjiang region manufacturing development and economic transformation, so it has of great significance. Combined with network manufacturing characteristics, the article proposed the Sanjiang regional development network of manufacturing countermeasures based on the economic transformation of the Sanjiang region SWOT （Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats） analysis, including guide policies to build public service platform of network manufacturing, build networked manufacturing innovation system mainly composed by R＆D enterprises, develop network manufacturing- related IT technology, build networked manufacturing personnel training mechanism between schools and enterprises to strengthen the industrial cooperation and advantages complementary in sur- rounding areas, to promote the economy transformation and upgrading in Sanjiang region.
