下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除960例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 960 cases undergoing extraction of the impacted lower third molar．

目的：探讨下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术的指征、手术、术后反应和转归。方法：分析960例下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术临床资料。结果：下颌阻生第三磨牙可引起邻面龋及牙槽骨吸收。拔除术中改良切口，尽量少的去骨，以及正确的劈牙和切口缝合对减少并发症和促进愈合具有重要作用。结论：下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除时应注意对邻牙预后的判断以及对切口、去骨、劈冠和缝合等问题的处理。

Objective: To study some important problems on extraction of the impacted lower third molar． Methods : Clinical data of 960 cases who received extraction of the impacted lower third molar were analyzed． Results : The impacted lower third molar could cause caries and alveolar absorption of proximal surfuce．Incision improvement,less removal of bone , correct tooth spliting and stitch were all important to reduce complications and promote healing． Conclusion:It was important to correctly judge the prognosis of proximal tooth and to manage the problems of incision,removal of bone,spliting tooth and stitch during extraction of impacted lower third molar．
