摘要
对脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶的配方与性能进行了研究,得出用高黏度的端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制得的脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶具有较高的位移能力;用2 500目重质活性CaCO3制得的脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶具有最优的综合性能;乙烯基和甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷不能单独使用作为脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶的偶联剂,但可考虑与其他硅烷偶联剂复合使用;环氧丙氧基和氨氧基硅烷可单独使用作为脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶的偶联剂。
This paper studies the formulations and performance of ketoxime silicone sealant. It points out that the sealant prepared by a high viscosity hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane always has a good displacement capacity, and the sealant prepared by 2 500 mesh heavy active CaCO3 has a optimal performance. Vinyl and methacryloyloxy silane can not be used alone as the coupling agent of ketoxime silicone sealant, but they can be used with other silane coupling agent. The epoxypropoxy and aminooxy silane can be used alone as the coupling agent of ketoxime silicone sealant.
