针药结合治疗肾精亏虚型耳鸣耳聋疗效观察

Acupuncture Combined with Drug Therapy in the Treatment of Insufficiency of Kidney Essence Type of Deafness and Tinnitus

目的:观察针药结合治疗肾精亏虚型耳鸣耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将60例入选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组针刺结合耳聋左慈丸加味的方法治疗,对照组口服耳聋左慈丸加味。观察两组患者的临床症状分级及治疗前后电测听检测结果。结果:治疗组治疗耳聋总有效率为79.17%,优于药物组的53.33%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗耳鸣总有效率为88.89%,优于药物组的69.09%(P<0.05)。两组患者临床症状及电测听结果治疗后均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗肾精亏虚型耳鸣耳聋疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficiency of acupuncture combined with drug therapy in the treatment of insufficiency of kidney essence type of deafness and tinnitus. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group included 30 cases and control group included 30 cases. The treatment group adopted the therapy of acupuncture combined with oral modifieation of Er Long Zuo Ci Wan, and the control group took modification of Er Long Zuo Ci Wan only. The two groups were tested audiometry before and after the treatment and carried out the comparison in the results of electro - audiogram. Results：After seven weeks treatment, the deafness effective rate of the therapy group was 79, 17% while the control group was 53.33%, the tinnitus effective rate of the therapy group was 88.89% while the control group was 69.09%, thus there were remarkable differences between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with drugs therapy is a kind of effective method in the treatment of insufficiency of kidney essence type, which is worth promoting further in the clinical treatment.
