摘要 探讨穴位形态,阐述搜气法的依据和必要性,结合多位临床医生及笔者体会,在导师的指导下,阐述搜气法的原则及其具体操作。笔者初步认为穴位是具有一定广度和深度的不规则的复杂立体空间结构,搜气法是针刺得气的关键步骤,也是针刺补泻的前奏,在临床运用上作者从搜气守神、方向及搜气的注意事项总结出搜气四原则,为初学针刺操作者提供一定借鉴。 Exploring the morphological constructions of acupoint to emphasize the necessity of searching qi ma- nipulation. The principles and concrete manipulations of searching qi are expounded by absorbing many acu- puncturists and own realizes. The authors think morphological constructions of acupoint was very complex and ir- regular, which had a certain breath and depth. And manipulation of searching qi is very important as the first step of Deqi and reinforcing and reducing operation. Four principles of exploring qi are summarized from the as- pects of keeping spirit, direction, attention and so on, which can provide a few references for the beginners of manipulation.
