韧性缓冲生活应激与干预心理危机的中介效应

Resilience Mediating Effect for Buffering Life Stress and Intervening Psychological Crisis

目的:探索韧性资本在生活应激与心理危机之间的中介效应。方法:采用"学生生活应激调查"(SLSI)和"CD-韧性量表"(CD-RISE)抽样大学生459人,采用AMOS拟合结构方程模型。结果:直接效应模型中,生活应激对心理危机的诱发效应是0.72,韧性对心理危机的干预效应是-0.13;中介效应模型中,韧性对生活应激的缓冲效应是-0.30,韧性对心理危机的干预效应是-0.32(比直接效应增加近2倍),韧性中介效应即生活应激较高诱发心理危机的直接效应0.72衰减为较少诱发心理危机的间接效应0.09(比直接效应减少6倍)。结论:韧性是一种积极心理品质和独特心理资本,其核心资产或特质是抗逆力和复原力;韧性资本是个体免遭伤害的心理免疫和个体复原成长的优势力量;韧性资本在生活应激与心理危机之间具有双向中介效应:既缓冲生活应激,又干预心理危机;韧性资本具有个体韧性能力、忍受消极情绪、积极接受变化、自我控制能力、精神信仰力量等因素;韧性中介效应为心理危机干预提供参数和指导。

This study aims to explore resilience mediating effect between life stress and Psychological crisis. Method： 459 undergraduate students are surveyed by Questionnaire Scale of ＇students life stress questionnaire ＇and ＇CD--resilience scale＇, the data is analyzed by AMOS structural equation model. Re- suit：According to the direct effect model, response facilitation effect between life stress and Psychological crisis is 0. 72; resilience inventing effect to Psychological crisis is--0. 13. According to mediating effect model, the buffering effect relating resilience to life stress is--0.30,the inventing effect relating resilience to Psychological crisis is --0.32（increasing 2 times compared to the direct effect） , the mediating effect is down to 0.09（decreasing 6 times compared to direct effect）. Conclusion：resilience is a positive psychologi- cal traits and unique psychological capital. Its core is resilience and recoverability~ resilience capital is also advantage strength of individual psychological immunity and recovering ability. With feature of individual resilience ability, negative emotion endurance, active change acceptance, self--control ability and spirit be- lief, resilience has bidirectional mediating effect between life stress and Psychological crisis. That is to say, resilience is both to buffer life stress and intervene Psychological crisis. Mediating effect of resilience can applied to provide data and guide for intervening Psychological crisis.
