青海出版业集团化发展可行性研究

20世纪90年代以来,中国出版业的发展环境发生了巨大变化,出于自身发展的需要,国内出版社开始了组建出版集团的探索和实践。近年来,随着我国文化体制改革的不断深入,出版社集团化进程受到越来越多的关注。本文在介绍青海出版业现状的基础上,对青海出版业竞争环境进行了分析,提出了集团化是青海出版业发展的必然选择,并对集团化过程中可能出现的一些问题提出了对策建议。
