摘要
本实验以石英作为主要原料,硅微粉为烧结剂。石英最大颗粒粒径为5mm,采用连续颗粒:5mm~3mm,3mm~1mm,1mm~0mm,<0.088 mm进行配比,对试样进行110℃×24h烘干,1100℃×3h及1500℃×3h烧成。通过改变烧结剂二氧化硅微粉的加入量,测试和分析了试样的物理性能和力学性能。结果表明:3%~5%的二氧化硅微粉加入量能显著改善中频炉酸性炉衬的综合烧结性能。
In this experiment, quartz is used as main raw materials, microsilica as the sintering promoter. The greatest size of aggregate is 5mm, and the specimens are prepared by graduation:5mm-3mm,3mm-1mm,lmm-0mm and 〈0. 088ram. The samples are sintered at llO^C for 24 hours, ll00℃ for 3 hours and 1500℃ for 3 hours. We investigated and tested properties of the samples with the different addition microsilica. The experiment shows that the appropriate addition of microsilica is 3%-5%. If the content of microsilica is less or more 3% - 5%. all kinds of properties of the material will have declined clearly.
