铝用炭阳极开气孔率测定新方法的研究

摘要 现行的炭阳极开气孔率测定方法,由于采用水做测试介质,不能很好的被样品表面较大气孔稳定地吸附,结果会偏低。新方法采用全自动密度仪和游标卡尺,能方便快捷地获得开气孔率结果。实验表明,新方法测量结果稳定且与现行测试方法基本吻合。 As the water is used as determining medium for the existing determination method of open porosity of carbon anodes, it is not steadily adsorbed into the bigger holes on the surface of the sample, the determining result is lower. A new method was adopted to determine open porosity of carbon anodes by densimeter and vernier caliper, the results were more conveniently and more quickly obtained. The experiment indicated that the result by the new method were steady and were indentical to the current method.
