摘要
燃烧过程控制是锅炉运行过程中的重要控制系统之一。本文采用S7-200系列PLC设计了锅炉燃烧过程的自动控制系统。整个燃烧自动控制系统包括3个子系统,分别为蒸汽压力自动控制系统、含氧量自动控制系统和炉膛负压自动控制系统。通过对燃烧过程被控变量的分析,给出了各个控制方案,并对控制系统进行了详细的硬件设计和软件设计。
Automatic control system of the combustion process is an important control unit during the boiler operation. An automatic control system design of the combustion process is introduced in this paper. The proposed control system is composed of three control subsystems, including the steam pressure, the oxygen content and the furnace negative pressure. The control strategies are presented based - on the characteristics analysis of the controlled varia-bles. The detailed design processes of the hardware and software are also given.
