几起变压器油色谱异常的分析

Analysis about Several Abnormal Cases of Transformer Oil Chromatographic

变压器油色谱检测时如出现乙炔,一般被认为与变压器内部的放电性故障有关,但如其他气体含量变化不大时,则需进行多方面的分析。本文通过对三台35kV主变压器油色谱中出现C2H2含量的综合分析判断,认为是变压器有载分接开关油室渗漏引起,经处理后恢复正常,避免了变压器盲目进行吊芯检查的繁重工作。

If the C2H2 is detected in the oil chromatographic of transformer that is considered to be something wrong with discharge fault in the transformer generally.Various analyzed is need to proceed when the content of gas is change little.This article is according to comprehensive analysis and judgment on the content of C2H2 in three 35kV transformer oil chromatograms,that is because the oil room leakage of onload tap changer which is return to normal after treatment.This way avoid heavy work of the transformer hanging inspection blindly.
