Cost Control of International Engineering under Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects

EPC交钥匙合同模式已成为国际上通行的大型工程项目承发包模式。从建筑工程EPC合同的概念和特点出发,以笔者参与实施的一些国际工程项目为例证,论述了EPC交钥匙合同实施过程各阶段成本控制的关键点,并提出针对性的控制措施。

EPC/Turnkey Projects has been worldwide prevailing general contract mode of large-scale engineering projects. From the concept and feature of construction EPC contract, the paper discusses the key points of cost control in each phase based on the international engineering projects in which the author ever participated, and proposes some solution to relevant problems.
