图书馆针对科研管理需求具有明确性和周期性的特点，根据科研管理部门的职责，将信息服务划分为若干流程，形成较为固定的信息服务模式。其中包括面向科研计划和中长期规划的制定、科研管理制度的制定以及同行交流与合作的多个服务流程。

As the demand of the research administration to the library is clear and periodical, there forms fixed information service modes based on the working procedures of the research administration. It includes the services for making research plans and constructing long-or short-term management systems, and peer communication and coordination.
