摘要
本工作观察到,酸性乙醇引起胃粘膜损伤时,粘膜内非蛋白巯基(NPSH)含量明显下降,谷胱甘肽还原酶活性受到明显抑制,丙二醛(MDA)水平显著升高。如在酸性乙醇灌胃前,给动物服用保护剂量的前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)或生长抑素(SS)可以不同程度地翻转上述所有指标的变化。
The present work has observed the role of endogenous nonprotein sulfhydryl (NPSH) in the protective effect of PGE2 and SS 14 on gastric mucosa against injury induced by acidified ethanol (AE) gavage in the rat. The results showed that in the injured mucosa the NPSH content decreased, the activity of glutathione reductase was inhibited and the MDA level elevated. If the animals were given PG E2 or SS in a protective dosage prior toAE gavage, all of the above changes were reversed to various extent. These results suggest that one of the protective mechanisms of PGs and SS may be related to the maintenance of mucosal NPSH content by protecting the activity of glutathione feductase. The NPSH, as a free radical scavenger, might prevent mucosa from injury by free radical induced lipid peroxidation of the biological membranes.
