高校自筹创业基金进出机制初探

The Access Mechanism of Self-financing Venture Funds of Universities: A Preliminary Study

当前大学生创业的方向主要是普通服务业,最大的困难是资金缺乏,由于银行贷款门槛高,普通服务业很难获得资助,因此,高校自筹创业基金成为创业大学生的首选。而高校创业基金有"额度有限、引导职能优先、创业基金的保值增值性"等特点,故应以资助普通服务业为主,探索以评估为依据、以宣传和扶持制度为支撑的高校创业基金进出机制,以实现高校创业基金和大学生创业的双赢。

Currently, the main direction of graduate pioneering work is mainly general service industry. The greatest difficulty is the lack of capitals obtained for its financial aid due to the high standards of the bank loans. Consequently, the self-financing funds of universities for entrepreneurial ventures become the first choice of the self-employed graduates. Nevertheless, these funds have such characteristics as ＂limited line, the priority of guiding function, the maintenance and appreciation of values＂, etc. Consequently,it is essential to take the financial assistance for this business as the main orientation and explore the access mechanism of these funds based on the evaluation, with the publicity and helpful system as their support, so as to realize the win-win solution of the university venture funds and the graduate enterprise program.
