对高校开展劳动法教育的思考

Developing Labor Law Education in Universities: Some Thoughts

劳动法教育是我国高校法制教育和职业教育中的一个重要课题,它与人才培养质量及大学生的切身利益密切相关,但目前并未引起足够的重视。开展劳动法教育,首先要充分利用第一课堂,加强劳动法课程建设;其次要发挥第二课堂的补充作用,通过多种形式营造良好的劳动法教育环境。

Labor Law education is an important topic in both legal and vocational education of China＇s universities. It is closely connected with the quality of personnel training and the vital interests of the students, but it doesn＇t attract enough attention thus far. In order to carry out this education, the following steps are essential： First and foremost, take full advantage of the first class （classroom teaching） and strengthen the course development; Secondly, play the supplementary role of the second class （extracurricular learning） and create a good environment for this education in various ways.
